WHEN WILL I GET MY CUSTOM MADE BRIDLE?
Our bridles are all made to order to ensure the highest quality result and ensure we produce the correct bridle for you. Our delivery time is 6-8 weeks from payment date, however we always try our best to delivery early when possible.
Apparel must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item. The item must be unused, unsoiled and in it's original packaging (in it's original packaging meaning to include the plastic film it comes in) if this is not the case, we cannot refund you.
Please ensure you put a covering letter inside the returned package stating reason for refund, your name/order number or address. The refund will be issued up-to 30 days after recovering the items back to HQ. It is up-to you to make sure the item is returned, we recommend using a tracked service as we take no responsibility if the item never shows up. We can't offer any help or refunds for return postage at this time.
*Note* - We're unable to refund sale items but can exchange them or give a credit note.

We accept all major debit and credit cards but know some people like to use PayPal to keep themselves covered, so we offer this payment provider too! You can choose at checkout which you would prefer to use.
DO YOU OFFER SPONSORSHIPS?
Sorry we don't offer sponsorship positions or ambassador positions at the moment, we would like to grow the brand and get to know our client base before committing to a sponsorship.
HOW LONG UNTIL I'LL RECEIVE MY ONLINE ORDER?
Items are generally posted the next working day and will take 1-3 working days from being shipped. You will be sent a tracking number & can choose between standard or next day shipping at checkout. If you need an item guaranteed next working day, please contact us direct to arrange.
How Can I Order My Bridle?
